How do I place an order?
Add the product to your cart, go to checkout, enter your details, choose a payment method and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

How long does delivery take?
Digital products and activations are usually delivered shortly after payment is verified. Installation services may take a little longer depending on the product and your website. We will keep you updated.
How will I receive my product?
Depending on the product, you will get a download link, a license key or account access by email, or we will install and activate it directly on your website.
Do I need to give you access to my website?
For installation and activation services, yes. We recommend creating a temporary admin account and removing it once the work is done. Please also take a backup first.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never ask for your mobile banking PIN or card details. We only ask for the sender number and transaction ID to verify your payment. See our Privacy Policy for more.
I paid but have not received my order. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and payment transaction ID. We will check your payment and sort it out as quickly as possible.
Can I get a refund?
